Looking at each journal entry 10 years later shows me how God was in control. Even though it felt like our world was falling apart as well as dealing with a historical blizzard, Clarke and I were determined to head off to Ukraine! We even had someone ask us "are you still going with the war and all?" And my reply back was.
"There is no stopping us now, we are in LABOR!"

The Blizzard of 2003! We have been snow bound for 3 days. Our kids, Amanda & Alex (A&A) have had 3 snow days, no electricity, and a fun time playing board games! We are almost packed and pray that we can get out in time because of the closure of DIA.
